Integrating Outreach with Wingman automatically brings in call recordings from Outreach into Wingman to be transcribed, analyzed and made available for coaching.

Outreach is available as an admin integration and can be enabled by any admin. To enable the integration, a Wingman and Outreach admin must log in to Wingman and navigate to 'Settings’ -> 'Admin Integrations' or click here:

Click on 'Sync' Outreach. If you do not see Outreach as an option here, please contact or use the in-app chat and our support team will enable the integration for your team.

In the pop-up that opens up, enter your Outreach credentials and authorize the Wingman app.

Once integrated Wingman will automatically pull in any call recordings from Outreach for all common Outreach and Wingman users and process them.
