Integrating Outreach with Wingman automatically brings in call recordings to be transcribed, analyzed and made available for coaching. You’ll need to have recording enabled in Outreach already.
Note: Outreach is an account-level integration and can only be set up by an admin.
Sync Outreach with Wingman
In Wingman, go to Settings and click on Admin Integrations.
Click on Sync for Outreach, sign in to your account and give Wingman access.
Wingman will automatically download Outreach recordings from the past 30 days and start analyzing them for you. On the Team Calls page in Wingman, you can also filter recordings by call disposition (synced from Outreach). Wingman checks for new recordings in Outreach every 30 minutes.
