To enable Zoom Phone integration of Wingman:

  • Complete authorization process with Zoom


  • After you sync Wingman with Zoom, we will start fetching your recorded calls from Zoom Phone in background,
  • You'll find your team's calls processed in team call log with some sync delay (close to 1 hr)
  • Search through transcribed calls.
  • You can filter, setup alerts in team call log page.
  • Open call review page to find Wingman's analysis, comment and share notes.
  • If you've synced your CRM, Wingman will associate related contact in call review page and push updates to CRM.
  • With CRM synced you can also track your deal activities in deal central page.
