By default, Wingman only joins meetings with a video link and at least one participant from an external email domain (not the same as your team) to avoid automatically recording internal meetings.
Here’s how to disable recording for a scheduled meeting:
Toggle recording on/off for scheduled meetings
In the Wingman web app, go to My Calls (on the left).
Your upcoming meetings are listed on the right. The recorder icon next to each scheduled meeting tells you whether the call will be automatically recorded or not.
Toggle recording on/off for the scheduled meeting, as needed.
