With the Wingman desktop app, you can:
See (customizable) cue cards in real time as your call progresses.
For example, your prospect says “me got no budget.” Real bummer, aye? Wingman automatically shows you a card with the best response for this objection, based on how you or your manager have set it up.Know when you drone on and on because, let’s face it: prospects want to talk about themselves, not you. #SorryNotSorry #NoMonologues
Can bookmark key moments on call and make notes, so you can go back to them easily later and review next steps.
Download the Wingman desktop app
In the Wingman web app, get the app for your PC or Mac from Settings > Downloads. Or just click here.
Once downloaded, click to install the app. Well, your web browser might go on about this being an unknown file from the internet yada yada yada, but you know Wingman, so go right on.
Also, make sure you are allowed to install business apps on your workstation—the IT guys call it admin privileges or something like that.
Launch the newly installed Wingman app and sign in (with the same credentials you use for the web app).

Pro tip: When sharing your screen in a video call, always share only the relevant app or browser window (not your entire desktop), so your cue cards are not accidentally shown to customers! Learn more here.
