Create a new view
Creating a new view is easy and anyone in your team can do it, but keep in mind that they are visible to all team members.
Create a new view
In Deal Central, click + New View
Give your new view a name
Select what you want to filter deals by—probability, deal stage, warnings, etc.
Select your filters
Set values for your filter — deal stage, warnings, probability (HubSpot), etc.
Set values for filters
Click Add Filter to narrow down your view. Again, set them as you need. Hit Save.

Set alerts for a view
Get deal alerts for your custom view directly in Slack and/or email in just a few clicks.
Get deal alerts for a view
In Deal Central, click on the My Alerts button
Specify alert parameters — rep/team, value, close dates, etc.
Specify notification frequency — daily, weekly or every 2 weeks
Choose the specific view you’d like alerts for and hit Apply Changes
