Call Scorecards enable managers to score reps' calls with context while listening to their recordings. Choose a template or create your own scorecard for every type of call in your sales process.

How do I score a call?

  • Go to any recording in My Calls or Team Calls and click Scorecards

  • Select a scorecard template from the dropdown menu

  • Begin scoring by clicking between 1 - 5 against each scoring parameter

  • Leave a remark and hit submit
