Tracking call performance using scorecards creates a feedback loop between managers and reps. This fosters constant improvement in delivery of sales pitches across your organization.
Tracking performance involves identifying the skills that reps' excel at and those that need improvement. To do this:
Start by going to Team Dashboard
Click on the Scorecards tab
We recommend you begin by scoring calls regularly to build-up a score for each skill and also an aggregate 'Total Score'.
Look at the average scores against each skill and identify which skills need improvement and those that need closer attention
Average scores are based on 1-5 scale
Focus on communicating your findings with your reps while also encouraging them to review their own scores
